How to Play Lights Out

1. Objective: Turn out all the lights on the grid.
2. How to Play: Click on any cell to toggle that cell and each of its immediate neighbors (up, down, left, right).
3. Toggle Effect: Each click changes the state of the clicked cell and its four adjacent cells (if they exist).
4. Goal: Turn all lights off (dark). Try to solve it with the minimum number of moves!
