How to Play Light Up

1. Objective: Place light bulbs on the grid so that every white cell is lit.
2. Lighting Rules: A cell is illuminated by a light bulb if they're in the same row or column, and there are no black cells between them.
3. No Overlap: No light bulb may illuminate another light bulb.
4. Numbered Cells: Black cells with numbers indicate how many light bulbs share an edge (are adjacent) with that cell.
